Who We Are
Housing is more than a place to live. It is the foundation for opportunity.
40+ years building pathways to affordable housing across New York.
For more than 40 years, NYC Housing Partnership has helped expand affordable housing across New York City and beyond through innovative public-private partnerships. What began as a mission to build affordable homes has grown into a comprehensive platform that helps New Yorkers rent, buy, and remain stably housed.
Today, through our Pathways to Housing initiatives, we combine housing development, homeownership education, financial capability programs, and strategic partnerships to create new opportunities for individuals and families across the region.
Together with community partners, lenders, developers, and public agencies, we are working to ensure that housing opportunity remains within reach for generations to come.

Innovation
We develop new tools, programs, and partnerships that expand housing access in a changing housing market.
Impact & Accountability
We measure our success by the families we serve, the homes we create, and the lasting change we help build in communities.
