2025 Annual Report

The Housing Partnership took significant steps in 2025, launching a new Asset Management/Housing Stability Unit and expanding its Pathways to Homeownership program. In 2025, the Housing Partnership closed 22 affordable housing projects representing $3.7 billion in development costs, created or preserved 10,845 affordable units, and housed 21,700 New Yorkers. Our HUD-certified counseling program graduated 1,824 households with 406 achieving homeownership.
