Dan Martin, President and CEO of the NYC Housing Partnership, received the City & State Corporate Social Responsibility Award in Real Estate, Housing & Construction for excellence in non-profit entrepreneurship for affordable housing.
The Corporate Social Responsibility Awards showcase the outstanding accomplishments of leading organizations and executives. Conducted in partnership with New York Law School, the City & State program has honored the achievements in the field of social responsibility of many of New York's most prominent individuals.
The Housing Partnership, a not-for-profit organization, serves as New York City's primary intermediary for the development of new and rehabilitated affordable housing on both public and private sites, creating 50,000 units in nearly four decades.
