Dan Martin Retires as President of the NYC Housing Partnership
Martin commenced his tenure at the Housing Partnership in 2004, bringing substantial banking industry experience. He arrived during a challenging period when the organization had downsized its staff and board with plans for closure.

Jamie A. Smarr Named President of the NYC Housing Partnership
The Board of Directors has named Jamie A. Smarr as President and CEO of the NYC Housing Partnership. He joins the Housing Partnership from the NHP Foundation, where he directed the Affiliate Program focused on collaborative affordable housing ventures.

Wells Fargo Awards HP Sustainability Solutions Two Grants Totaling $750,000
HP Sustainability Solutions, a leader in designing energy efficiency and renewable energy programs to serve disadvantaged communities, has been awarded two grants by Wells Fargo totaling approximately $750,000.

Attorney Steven Hochberg Joins Housing Partnership Board
Steven Hochberg, Esq., has been elected to the Board of Directors of the New York City Housing Partnership Development Corporation. Mr. Hochberg is the Managing Partner and Partner in Charge of Stempel, Bennett, Claman & Hochberg, P.C.'s Real Estate Department.

Theresa Omansky Appointed General Counsel
Theresa Omansky, Esq. has joined the Housing Partnership as General Counsel. Ms. Omansky has extensive legal experience working on affordable housing transactions utilizing tax-exempt bond financing, tax credit allocations and acquisition, construction, and permanent financing mechanisms.
