320/350 Vanderbilt Avenue is a residential development in the Fox Hill section of Staten Island providing 364 affordable rental units. Developed by Park Management with Danois Architects and Garfield Construction, the project received financing through NYC HPD and NYS HFA. NYC Housing Partnership served as the Not-for-Profit Sponsor, helping to bring a significant number of affordable homes to the Staten Island community.
