The Kent

The Kent is a luxury residential development on Manhattan's Upper East Side that includes 21 affordable homeownership units. Developed by Extell Development under the 421-a and Affordable Housing Corporation programs, NYC Housing Partnership provided marketing support services to connect eligible homebuyers with these affordable units in one of the city's premier neighborhoods.
