The Stack

The Stack is a residential development in Manhattan's Inwood neighborhood featuring 28 affordable rental units. Developed by Jeffrey Brown and Kim Frank under the 421-a program, NYC Housing Partnership provided marketing support services to ensure qualified tenants could access these affordable apartments in the northernmost neighborhood of Manhattan.
